Huntington
Beach, California...
On a personal note, I (John Sisker) have now been appointed
to the Huntington Beach Mobile Home Advisory Board, to advise
the Mayor and City Council on citywide manufactured/mobile home
issues and concerns.
The Board is made up of nine (9) members; consisting of three
(3) park owners, three (3) park residents, and three (3) citizens
at large - plus one (2) City Administrator.
We meet on the 4th Monday of every month, at 6:30 PM, usually
at the Huntington Beach City Hall (2000 Main Street, Huntington
Beach, CA 92648). However, meeting locations can and will change
to the various Huntington Beach mobile home parks, so the concerns
of individual residents can be address a bit easier.
If you want to learn more, would like to attend, want to address
the Board at the Public Comments Session, or just want to know
the exact location of our next meeting, please contact me privately
at jsisker@sprynet.com.
This could very well the format and wave of the future for other
cities that also want to help their manufactured/mobile home
residents.
