Your
Website looks tremendous.
Keep up the good work.
I may not always agree with your views on mobilehome living,
but I believe you are trying to be a positive influence to
this wonderful lifestyle.
Huntington Beach Park Owner
John,
I
know you're not a park owner's tool and I can see it from
your
Website. And I can't believe anyone would think that.
Remaining
a non-profit, no-membership, and no-dues establishment
should show everyone that you guys (and gals) really care.
Cheers

John,
Just
a quick note to tell you keep up the good work! You are obviously
spending valuable assets - time and money to pursue the cause
of the good guys
and I wanted to let you know how much it is needed and appreciated.
I
appreciate all the time you are taking and I KNOW you must
be doing a lot of thinking, planning and research of which
I am also doing at this time and I know
how it can make your head pound and your eyes burn and your
heart RACE!!
So I applaud your efforts.

Dear
John,
Hello
eyes and ears.
I have been busy but I never go to bed without looking for
your latest info.

Hi
John...
Just
read your web site and I am greatly impressed with what you
have to say.
I
also realize that you are not a complaint taker for manufactured
housing problems.
I do have several years' experience with mobile home
communities and agree with your opinions on them.
Glad
to see someone has an interest in the owners.
The dealers and manufacturers certainly do not.
(private
e-mail submittal)
I
want you to know that the visitors of your site
are
finding the links you provide very helpful.
Thank
you for everything.
Sincerely,
Tim Pendergrass

Hi,
John
Again,
thanks for your hard work and contributions to all of us.
I have just written to Sen. Dunn yesterday. If it would be
helpful,
I can download it from Word and e-mail it to you.
We have come up with more safety ideas over here at Katella.
With
warm regards,
Judy Rice
I
found your web page and was impressed with how organized and
the quantity of information you have on it. We need one here.

Note:
In
essence, you already have such a Website there in Colorado,
for the Manufactured Home Owners Network has a nationwide,
if not worldwide, circulation.
However, if you or Colorado has some particular issues, just
let us know.
Perhaps that would be valuable information for the Manufactured
Home E-Mail Net(work).

Well,
this shows that the Manufactured Home Owners Network is not
just
beneficial on a national basis, for here we are communicating
with Canada.

Loved
your "challenge" to those people who have made comments on
mobile home park issues without sufficient information. Would
love to know if you get any takers.
With warm regards,

Your
site has been extremely helpful to us here with your articles
and your
providing the full text of the Residency Law which we do not
get from our park owners.

Note:
Rima,
I know you are a California based organization, and as you
probably know,
each and every year, the park owners are required to give
each and every resident an update
copy of the California Mobilehome Residency Law.
They are required to circulate this information in January.
Come February, if this has not occurred, I would personally
make this violation of the law
known at a public comment session of your local City Council
Hearing,
in addition to following up with a letter, and also cc'ed
to your City Attorney.
Small
violation become big if some park owners/managers feel they
can get away with it.

Was
just informed of your site.
It's great, and I'm wondering if you know of a similar site
for Pennsylvania?

John,
I
think you have valuable information, and would like to try
using your expertise.
The relevant evidence code section is §720,
which defines an Expert Witness this way:
§720.
Qualification as an expert witness
(a)
A person is qualified to testify as an expert if he has special
knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education sufficient
to qualify him as an expert on the
subject to which his testimony relates. Against the objection
of a party, such
special knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education
must be shown
before the witness may testify as an expert.
(b)
A witness' special knowledge, skill, experience, training,
or education may
be shown by any otherwise admissible evidence, including his
own testimony.
Stephen
Gassner, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Racketeering Influence & Corrupt Organizations
(RICO)
Note:
Dear
Mr. Gassner,
Not only would I be honored to provide you with such expert
witness,
but I believe I already have either directly or indirectly.
This very formation, the Manufactured Home Owners Network
itself,
and my personal list of credentials (www.mfghomeowners.net/JohnSisker)
should help attest to my qualifications.
Likewise,
I have provided expert witness to others as well on a number
of cases over the years.

Hi

Your

A valuable source of information.

Bravo!
There
is such a need for mobilehome owner information
and very few places to get it.
Donna

Just
found your Web site. Very nice! Will tell others.
F. Terry Callahan,
Member Manufactured Housing Homeowners Association of Texas,
Inc.
Your
site is VERY comprehensive. Very good.
You
might want to post the URL occasionally to the [alt.mobilehome
newsgroup].
That way you are bound to get more traffic.
For
some reason, (since there is not 1000 posts a day like some
newsgroups)
the posts are deleted after a while, and good posts and information
are lost.

Just
want to thank you for the continued mail and how I find it
very informative.
Thanks again for all your comments and honesty John.
Signed
a fan of yours.
