The Manufactured Home Owners Network was founded by myself - John Sisker, as an Orange County (California) Manufactured Home Owners Consumers' Advocate, and is a not-for-profit, no-membership, and no-dues organization. It is now comprised of personally chosen community activists (on an on-going basis), civic leaders, and selected individuals throughout the nation, dedicated to enhancing the well-deserved, happy lifestyle of the manufactured home owner, from the first-time buyer to the concerned senior citizen.

Become Part of the Solution...
With more seemingly younger, somewhat more affluent families choosing manufactured homes for their housing, there was a need (and place) where different and creative thinking could prevail, a "one-stop-source" (if you will) for good reliable and needed information. Fellowship-only groups of the past, while appropriate in its day, may not truly be in step with the realities of today's more political and active market trends. Therefore, the Manufactured Home Owners Network was conceived.

To those concerned individuals who indeed are really helping the mobile home owners through various membership groups, leagues, and/or associations, our sincere thanks. For helping to pave this road to our future, now a completely new and different concept in productive reasoning is feasible, also thanks to today's technology. This is the concept behind the Manufactured Home Owners Network.

Today's political environment, bureaucratic roadblocks, and bottom-line profits, require a much more enhanced and educated structure in regards to protecting our chosen lifestyle. The "retired senior citizen only" brotherhoods of the past, is an entity gone by the wayside. What is needed now, is to motivate everyone alike, young or old, rich or poor, in developing a place or structure where all manufactured home owners can truly be involved. That is what we have developed here in the Manufactured Home Owners Network.

The Network is not simply a place to house select articles by a few individuals, but a full "Informational Forum" for good reliable help, suggestions, recommendations, and advice. This information does not come from just one select or possibly bias source, but wherever good reliable support can be found.

Therefore, we are also putting out the word, that if you personally (or know someone) who does have a proven track record of success in a related field or activity, please contact us. The Manufactured Home Owners Network will be that "one-stop-source" for good reliable help on all the various subjects most relevant to our lifestyle.

However, we naturally must limit this to only those individuals with truly verifiable credentials and proven success in their particular endeavor. Our aim to show that the answers are out there - somewhere, we just needed the means to gather it and a place to house it.

Please keep in mind, good reliable information is where ever we find it, and may or may not be connected to any particular group, entity, association, league, individual, or what have you. To many fellowship only groups of the past are filled with so much dead weight, limited thinking, and dissension, that progress is not only impossible, but also unheard of.

What exactly is the Manufactured Home Owners Network? This Website premise was a natural growth of years of successful endeavors as an Orange County (California) Manufactured Home Owners Consumers� Advocate.

As this concept continues to gather momentum, it offers a unique service or ability not available elsewhere. Even though this Website continues to grow with additional materials and information of most benefit to the average manufactured home owner everywhere, it also offers other unique features, and as stated above, that you can be part of that.

Even with the good that some private organizations seem to be doing for the manufactured home owner in general, especially at the state levels of government, there always is a particular issue or concern, that those removed from this state level may have. Therefore, for such questions brought to this Website, we will personally try to answer each concern to the best of our ability. Yet far beyond this, we also have another and more important feature not available anywhere else. Your issues, concerns, and/or questions can be put right on this Website and/or Manufactured Home E-Mail Net(work), and in complete confidence of course. This way, your particular issue will be out there for all to see - but more importantly, to comment on; hopefully providing additional useful suggestions and help. And remember, this is not just circulated locally, but worldwide!

To our way of thinking, there is indeed a lot of good and helpful advice out there and from a variety of sources. Useful suggestions and recommendations should be wherever it is found, not simply limited to any pre-select area or membership dues gathering group and/or league.

Remember, this is not just addressed to manufactured home owners alone. Anyone at all connected to manufactured home living may have some useful information that they are willing to share with others. Nothing is more frustrating to any of us, than to have a particular concern or question, yet the information out there is either limited, timed to others pre-conceived issues or agendas, or only available to some pre-paid members of select groups and/or league - and even then on a very limited basis.

As such, we do not have listings of manufactured home parks along with their amenities and/or individual rent structures. We am not a manufacturer, nor appraiser, nor manufactured home insurance agent, nor lobbyist, nor politician. In this particular situation, what we are, is private Consumers' Advocates, as it relates to your quality of life while living in a manufactured home and/or mobile home community. Our expertise or foundation is naturally based upon our original founding geographic location of Orange County, California. Therefore, our perspective may be based on this particular location and may or may not related to your particular area, even though we now have representatives nationwide. However, the general information presented throughout this Website should certainly be of some benefit no matter where you live.

Likewise, the articles, resources, and information contained within these pages relates mainly to issues or concerns that sometimes can arise in rental mobile/manufactured home parks or communities. However, if you're considering the purchase of a manufactured home, perhaps the information presented throughout this Website may give you a better insight of what to ask and/or be aware of. If we have helped to at least keep you informed, then we have accomplished our goal.
