The Manufactured Home Owners Network and/or Manufactured Home E-Mail Net(work), along with all its connecting sections (www.mfghomeowners.net) contain a wealth of information, along with a few hard-hitting editorials and/or opinions, hopefully of benefit to the average manufactured home owner - everywhere. Even though this Website was founded in California, it is not just a California only establishment, but a nationwide informational source. As such, different people will have different concerns. This is also why this is not tied into any select membership organization, group and/or league, and will always remain a not-for-profit, no-membership and no-dues establishment - without any connecting or bias relationships. This is definitely not a park owner's organization. However, if the information contained within can help educate park owners/managers as well in certain matters, then that is to all our advantage. Likewise, we have received many favorable comments via the "Mail Bag" section and from a variety of other sources. The vast majority has come from mobile home residents with positive comments and a few from other concerned sources, but all, with the collective goal of benefiting our chosen lifestyle. Many resident groups are even running off copies of selected materials (with permission of course - because of copyright laws) for circulation around their park and elsewhere. No matter who circulates the information contained within the Manufactured Home Owners Network and/or Manufactured Home E-mail Net(work) and why, the fact remains, that good reliable information is the key to success in this lifestyle.

However, all this having been said, there will always be the naysayers and doubters out there. We can explain and try to help until we're blue in the face, but some will simply believe what they want or what they're told to by others. To these people, groups and/or leagues, or what have you, we personally present a challenge and an opportunity to address the issues. Instead of looking for loopholes, look to the real source.

As to our open invitation as described above, this is available for any and all in order to get their point across.

Since this is apparently the first of its kind (as far as we know) with this type of format and information available for the manufactured home owners, we naturally am premiering with the existence of this Website and related data.

The information presented here is available to everyone on an equal and nationwide bases and is therefore not limited to any select group, area, town, county, or state. With such a wealth of information contained within to answer most questions and provide general information, we have naturally becoming a central clearinghouse for hopefully helpful facts. Likewise, we also have the means to communicate to individual concerns that may arise. However, any and all information must be used at the individuals own discretion.

Freedom of Speech/Press:
The premise of the Manufactured Home Owners Network and/or Manufactured Home E-mail Net(work) is designed around Freedom of Speech/Press issues and a form of self-expression. Therefore, all contributors and/or readers must determine the usefulness of the available information themselves.

As a no-membership establishment, we also seek no-dues of any kind from anyone. The entire Manufactured Home Owner) Network and/or Manufactured Home E-mail Net(work) is funded entirely from our personal out-of-pocket expenses - and with no bias or influencing factors whatsoever. This is to bring to you the most up-to-date and reliable of information, with no controlling connections that can slant the truth.

Organization:
This is an administrative term to help clarify the collective gathering of common interests; the establishment and/or select place for the housing of information related to a worthy cause. This is not an organization in the sense of a membership group, but an organization in the sense of organizing the available information and materials. No claims of any business ownership's and/or political affiliations are implied.

Structure:
As a network, our goal is to share related information on a national and/or worldwide basis. For effective communications is the key to success. Certain generic terms may be used within this Website as a form of self-expression and/or to emphasize certain points or conditions. No expressed endorsements are implies. Likewise, we do reserve the right to accept and publish what we feel is most appropriate to this cause.

Catalogue:
To the extent of an informational type service, any related notification requirements have been addressed through legal counsel. Some information may, however, be of use to educate select park owners/managers as well as the residents. Therefore, let the truth come forth; to educate all concerned for the betterment of our chosen form of housing.

Mail Bag:
This section within the Manufactured Home Owners Network and/or Manufactured Home E-mail Net(work) is used to house some of the positive feedback and comments we receive, and from a number of sources. The vast majority naturally comes from the manufactured home owners themselves, but a few have been received from other sources as well - apparently from those understanding the concept of developing win/win solutions to any perceived problem.
