Even though this Website and Newport Terrace are located in California, the information and concept used here may be a inspiration for others to do the same for this community as well.

This is also why this is not tied into any select membership organizations, groups and/or other similar websites, and will always remain a not-for-profit, no-membership and no-dues organizational - without any connecting or bias relationships.

Many residents will eventually be running off copies of selected materials (with permission of course - because of copyright laws) for circulation around the complex and elsewhere. No matter who circulates the information contained within the "Mastering...
