said that park maintenance and repairs are very unacceptable
to you. Would you elaborate on that? Any examples?

Too
many cars parking in the street/Too much junk/Fire hazard.

one has fixed the street/Chuck holes/Closed down the clubhouse/No
lounge.

don’t look as nice as when they first moved here/Problems

three neighbors don’t take care of their yard/There are

used to pay for the water and the trash and then we got
stuck with it.

days to repair it.

the plumbing goes they don’t have anything to do with
it/If your car port need asphalting they don’t have anything

there are potholes in the roads and because they are closing

management harasses a young couple in the park, and no
one will do anything about it.

friend has a gas leak and the manager was mad because
I called him to fix it and he was in the shower.
